About the role
We’re looking for enthusiastic Educators to:

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs aligned with the “My Time, Our Place” (MTOP) Framework.

Create a safe, inclusive environment where children can grow, play, and explore.

Collaborate with a dynamic team to share ideas, solve challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Build positive relationships with families and the local community to enrich children’s experiences.

What We’re Looking For

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.

A proactive and collaborative mindset to contribute ideas and improvements.

Strong communication skills to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Understanding of play-based learning and the ability to implement programs that engage and inspire children.

Availability for Tuesday–Thursday afternoons, with flexibility for other shifts and planning sessions.
